If you upload a CV, SkillBigo can extract career information and use it to suggest roles, gaps and next actions. Review the output before relying on it. You can correct information and ask us to delete your data. See AI Transparency and the Privacy Notice.

SkillBigo does not use AI to make hiring, employment, university-admission, credit or immigration decisions. You choose whether to act on recommendations and which mentor to contact. You can question or correct an output.

Do not assume every profile has the same verification status. Check the profile for a verification indicator and review the mentor's experience, service description, price and cancellation terms before booking.

Recommendations may use information such as your role goal, skills, CV, industry interests, budget and availability. They are suggestions, not rankings of professional quality, and you remain free to browse and choose another mentor.

Browsing and account features may be free. Mentors set prices for paid services and any platform fee or total payable price should be shown before checkout. There is no commitment unless the checkout clearly says otherwise.

Paid bookings are processed in GBP by Stripe. SkillBigo does not receive your full card details. Your bank may ask for Strong Customer Authentication. See UK Payment Terms before paying.

The service cancellation terms are shown before booking. UK consumers may also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. If you expressly ask for a service to begin in that period, deductions may apply; the right can end once the service is fully performed with the required acknowledgement.

Refund eligibility depends on the displayed cancellation policy, whether the service has started or been delivered and your statutory rights. Contact support with the booking reference if the service was not supplied with reasonable care and skill or was materially different from its description.

AI notes or transcription should only start after both session participants give in-product consent. Participants can see when the feature is active. Do not share sensitive information that is unnecessary for the session.

No. We use data to provide, secure and improve the platform and share it with service providers where needed, such as hosting, payments, video and AI processing. The Privacy Notice explains purposes, lawful bases, recipients, transfers and rights.

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Essential storage remains on because it is needed for security, sign-in and core functions; analytics remains optional.

Accounts and the paid marketplace are intended for people aged 18 or over. Public information may be viewed without an account. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account or is at risk.

Email support@skillbigo.com with the profile, post, comment or session details and explain the concern. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts after review.
