1. Where AI may be used
SkillBigo may use AI to extract structured details from an uploaded CV, suggest relevant roles, identify possible skill gaps, generate draft roadmap actions, enrich market information, support mentor recommendations and create optional session transcripts or notes.
2. What influences an output
Depending on the feature, an output may use CV text, professional history, skills, education, stated goals, target location, role interest, budget, availability, service descriptions and current platform or job-market data. Missing, old or ambiguous source information can reduce accuracy.
3. What AI does not decide
SkillBigo AI does not decide whether you are hired, dismissed, admitted to a course, granted credit or given an immigration outcome. A role-fit score is not an employer decision, a professional accreditation or a prediction of success. Mentor recommendations do not prevent you choosing another mentor.
4. Human control and challenge
Review outputs before acting. You can edit your profile, replace or delete a CV, choose a different goal or mentor, ask a mentor for context and contact support to question an output. We will use that information to correct underlying data where appropriate and explain the main factors we can identify.
5. Optional session notes
Transcription and AI notes should start only after both participants consent in the session. The interface should indicate when capture is active. Notes can miss context or misattribute a statement, so participants should verify summaries and actions before relying on them.
6. Providers, data and retention
Configured AI providers may process the minimum text needed to produce the requested result on SkillBigo's behalf. The Privacy Notice identifies provider categories, lawful bases, international-transfer safeguards, retention approach and your rights. We do not permit a provider to use SkillBigo personal data for an unrelated purpose unless separately disclosed and lawful.
7. Safe use
Do not upload another person's confidential information without authority. Do not rely on AI output as legal, medical, financial or regulated immigration advice. Verify time-sensitive market, salary and visa information with authoritative sources and a qualified professional where needed.
8. Feedback and concerns
Report inaccurate, biased, unsafe or unexpected output to support@skillbigo.com with the feature, approximate time and a description of the problem. Avoid sending passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
